What is Domain

A domain is the main part of a website address. It is usually what your website is called. For example in www.majestic.com, the domain would be “majestic.com”. Within the Majestic system, this is also known as a root domain.

What is URL

URL stands for Uniform Resource Locator and is an address to a resource on the Internet. It is often referred to as a web address when used with HTTP.

What is Blog and Blog Post

A blog is an online diary or journal located on a website. In the old days we used to write diaries about our thoughts and feelings. In digital words people write on web in same way they write diaries is know as blogs. Blog Can be personal, general or on specific topics like lifestyle, realestate, travel, technology, business etc

The blog post is an entry (article) that you write on a blog. It can include content in the form of text, photos, infographics, or videos.

What is Blogger Outreach

Blogger outreach is a process of putting your content in front of relevant bloggers and journalists by sending them personalized emails. The primary objective of blogger outreach is to convince those bloggers to give links to your website.

What is Blog Post Exchange

Blog post exchange can be defined as publishing content with links on your blog for a link builder and in exchange that link builder publishes your content and link on another blog.

What is Link Exchange

The practice of exchanging links with other websites. You place another site’s link on your site, usually on a links page, and in return, the other site places a link on their site back to you.

What is Web 2.0 Blogs

Web 2.0 are free blogs which can be created by any one and we do not work on this for blogger outreach. These blogs are mostly subdomain like megrisoft.wordpress.com or megrisoft.blogspot.com. So domain involved are wordpress.com, blogspot.com, Medium.com, Tumblr.com, weebly.com, wix.com, sites.google.com, webs.com, blogger.com, bravenet.com, livejournal.com, yola.com, angelfire.com, squarespace.com, hubpages.com, beep.com, pen.io, journalspace.com, tblog.com, minds.com,wikispaces.com, storify.com, edublogs.org, zoho.com

What is Blog Metrics

Blog metrics are just that; they are numbers, statistics and measurements that can be interpreted in any way you want them to. Blog metrics are the best way to judge whether that blog is good or bad if good to what extent it is good. The following are blog metrics

  • Domain Authority (DA) is a search engine ranking score developed by Moz that predicts how well a website will rank on search engine result pages (SERPs). A Domain Authority score ranges from one to 100, with higher scores corresponding to a greater ability to rank. Blog we consider for working are commonly DA 20+ to DA 40+. https://www.checkmoz.com or https://analytics.moz.com/pro/link-explorer/home
  • Website traffic refers to web users who visit a website. Web traffic is the amount of data sent and received by visitors to a website. Web traffic is measured in visits, sometimes called “sessions,” and is a common way to measure an online business effectiveness at attracting an audience.
  • Alexa rank is a measure of website popularity. It ranks millions of websites in order of popularity, with an Alexa Rank of 1 being the most popular. Alexa rank is calculated using a proprietary methodology that combines a site’s estimated traffic and visitor engagement over the past three months. Traffic and engagement are estimated from the browsing behavior of people in our global panel, which is a sample of all Internet users. The term Alexa Rank refers to an algorithm calculation of Alexa traffic ranking from users, such as reach and page views, who have an Alexa toolbar installed.  Visit Alexa
  • SEMrush Traffic Analytics is a market intelligence and competitive research tool that provides estimations of any website’s desktop and mobile traffic. It calculates traffic country wise. Visit SEMrush
  • Citation Flow is a trademark of Majestic. Citation Flow is a score between 0-100 which helps to measure the link equity or “power” the website or link carries. https://majestic.com
  • Trust Flow, a trademark of Majestic, is a score based on quality, on a scale between 0-100. Majestic collated many trusted seed sites based on a manual review of the web. https://majestic.com
  • At Ahrefs, we have a website authority metric of our own called Domain Rating. It runs on a scale from zero to a hundred. The higher a website’s Domain Rating (DR), the stronger and more authoritative it is. Visit Ahrefs
